A few important details...

Written 30-day notice is required, even if you are moving out at the end of your lease term.
2.
Keys must be returned to the Peak Property Solutions office. Garage remotes and gate fobs may be left on the kitchen counter.
3.
Utilities should remain on for five days after key return so the final inspection can be completed.
4.
The security deposit is not a substitute for your final month’s rent or unpaid account balances.
