Peak Property Solutions was founded by Jason Wendlandt with a clear vision: to create a property management company built on exceptional service, strong relationships, responsive communication, and the responsible care of every property entrusted to our team.
Our story began in the fall of 2023, when Jason acquired A1 Properties, a well-established Prescott-area property management company founded in 2009 by Sam and Ada Lewin. After gaining firsthand experience in the industry, Jason recognized an opportunity to build on the company’s trusted local foundation while creating a modern property management business prepared for the future.
On November 1, 2024, Peak Property Solutions officially launched. Our new name represents more than a rebrand—it reflects our commitment to continually raising the standard of property management and providing property owners and residents with a professional, dependable, and personalized experience.

As one of the original founders of A1 Properties, Ada provides experienced brokerage leadership backed by extensive knowledge of Arizona real estate and property management.
